Defence Operating Funding - Budget 2005

The Defence Operating Funding - Budget 2005 graph provides an overview of the level of operating funding from 1999/2000 to 2014/15, highlighting the the increase provided by the 2005 Budget commitment over to the end of the period. The level of funding had fluctuated over the period with an overall increase in funding from just over $1.4 billion in 1999/2000 to well over $1.5 billion in 2004/05.

The 2005 Budget provided for a significant and consistent increase in operating funding for each year from 2005/06 to 2013/14 to have overall operating funding approach $2.2 billion.
